Second to this!!!
I’m half sick of all the super success success stories giving out only half of the coin; entrepreneurship, at most times and for many, can be extremely daunting and end up feeling like you’ve washed yourself, those close to you, and the rest of your whole life down in the sever. I’ve lived through this, I know.
I peaked at 80 000€ debt before making my commitment to not ever sink so low.
Though, just like you Omar wrote, the whole thing is really about discovering yourself, what you love, what you are good at, and how you can use your strengths to help others. Then it is just sticking to your craft and taking the time to master it. Priceless.
Getting to this point is already an achievement, my opinion. No matter how much money you have earned so far or what others are telling you.
Of course, you could have started testing your business as a side hustle, with for example PPC search ads, and built out out your profitable MVP with a good product-to-market fit while seeing revenue coming in 4–10x against ad spend plus some positive investor signals for, say, 400k$, while all the time having something else driving you than the desire for money, already before quitting your Google job, but then again you would have needed to be another person for that to happen! 😁
You’re there now and that is a great boon! Your investment is paying off.
I congratulate you and wish you all the success and thank you for sharing your thoughts!
Yours sincerely,
Henri
